Egg Hunt with the Unschoolers!

We had so much fun gathering candy and toy filled eggs at the park last Friday! The girls and Cass enjoyed some friend time and Alex enjoyed some time walking to buy a new book and climbing trees to read it.

There was also an Egg Drop that Cassidy decided to participate in. His chosen method to protect his egg was awesome!

Emie's boot finally came off the day before this so she was so happy to be free to run and play finally! Tomorrow she gets to return to Tae Kwon Do.

We made a bit of a mess...

 Final product: 1 sandwich baggy with one egg inside and filled with non newtonian fluid and placed inside an additional 3 sandwich bags to prevent exploding. Sandwich bags placed inside gallon size bag of popcorn to disguise his plan.

 We decided to test Cass's creation on concrete instead of wood chips. He threw it pretty hard!

One last time down the slide with friends and we were headed home!
